Walking in ShadowsIf you see God on your travels give him a 'hi' from me tell him that my life has unravelled and yeah...that the Devil is following me.. that I know that he did kind of warn me to stay away from 'his' kin but meh, i'm a child of the night who spawned me and I kinda got blinded by sin I'm not really all that bad inside though I'm sure that some good still lives there and if he ever cares to come visit, he'd know oh, and I would save him the comfortable chair So for now I will walk on alone marching to the beat of those drums and although I would love Walking in Shadows

Before each waking Morn..The Dappled sun descended at the coming of the night and the woods grew still and silent touched here and there by cool moonlight..
And I thought I heard her calling, heard her laughter on the breeze, amongst the rustle of leaves falling, watching them dance and twirl with ease..
And though I must have touched the ground where the Blessed Fae had danced there was not a single stir or wispering sound yet I still felt her in my spirit ....entranced..
I must have walked those woods a thousand times watched the world awaken fresh each dawn and Before each waking Morn..

To turn the other cheekThe race it was closing in tightly, And Johnny his heart so did pound, but the bully wouldn't let him off lightly and he felt himself fall to the ground
His Mother had always taught him to think and turn the other cheek but to take the abuse with a grin just made the bullies think he was weak
Determined that this time would finish with him going home un-bruised and whole he had hoped that the bully would vanish into the tuck shop straight after school
He rubbed on his knee where he'd tumbled and saw his ripped trousers and frowned knowing To turn the other cheek

What lies within...part 2Mirror.....................

It was enormous, and it covered almost half of the wall, it hung like a shadowed doorway to another world and it was then that I realised that the statues had been placed in such a particular formation, that if someone should happen to stand exactly where I was, then it would seem as if every cold white unseeing eye were turned to watch your every move... as indeed they were.

In fascination, with baited breath, and with dead eyes seemingly disapproving of my actions, I touched the cool glass, almost expecting my fingers to ripple and distort my own reflection, as one would a What lies within...part 2

Yep decided to begin my mid life crisis a little early..so how to celebrate it?..Hmmm i know let's get a tattoo.. ok easier said than done..what to have done? where to get it done? who to do it?

I chose a friend of mine, crazy granny, who's tattooing and peircing business has really hit off.. chose my design, e mailed it to her to draw up and changed my mind about 17 times on what i wanted done by the time i got there...

Ok those of you that have had their lower back tattoed has assumed the position...straddled the chair and closed your eyes. leant forward and gritted your teeth in readinesss.... after screaming at the cold antiseptic spray she saturated me with, i allowed my no- longer a 'current lesbian' mate to touch and examine the skin on my bum...there's friends and there's close friends ...we decided to place the tattoo a little over my jeans line at the waistband ...and thankfully there was no hanky panky...'the outline hurts more than the colouring in' she shot at me and revved up the gun... Granny is renowned for her complete unawareness of etiquette and grammar and as she started to dig away at my flesh with this three foot needle she mentioned quite casually that there was a webcam trained on my arse and that she was broadcasting live to the nation.....

How indeed would anyone react? Possibly the same way as me and scream like a lunatic to stop whatever she was doing as there was no way my lilly white ass was going to be viewed by the thousands...
Laughing she told me it was one of her favourate things to say to get customers to relax...as i realised my death grip on her neck i realised that something like that in reality could be quite entertaining and that i would probably be one of those voyeurs to tune it to see someone writhing in pain...If anyone could have seen my face having my first tattoo it would have been a sight to see..i made no noise, no grunts, no wimpers...but had a webcam been trained to my face ...i would have broken every gurning and face pulling record ever done..

The result.. a very nice tattoo i love it and am already thinking of my next one ...i'm scared i'm going to be one of these addicts to body art ..god help me...

Thank you, some of my poems are a little too explicit for a wider audience, I do tend to write when the mood sets in to do so, as you may probably have gathered by the varied content..thank you for the time you spent in actually reading through them..it is very much appreciated
